Declan Villa
President & Founder
Declan began working as a general construction laborer for his father's company at a young age. He would spend his summers working for his dad, eventually working his way up to a foreman position in high school. He then started his studies in business management and finance at Colorado State University with a minor in construction management. After 2 years he transferred to CSU Global campus to free up more time and return to his fathers construction company. After another 2 years of working for his father he moved to Bozeman, MT to pursue work in the booming construction industry of that area. He was hired on, as a foreman and quickly worked his way into a Superintendent position. He overseed projects of all sizes from custom homes builds to custom 50,000sqft steel superstructures. He has now returned to Sonoma County to start a construction company that stands out because of its ability to perform flawless work at a fair price.

Vince Raffaelli
Project Foreman
Vince began working in the trades in 2017 when he moved to Bozeman, Montana for school. He attended Montana State University majoring
in business management until he realized he would rather be out in the field working with his hands building things. He started working as a framer, constructing large custom homes until he decided it was time to move back to California to be closer to his family in 2020. He then worked in HVAC for two years working locally in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties. After two years working HVAC he realized how much he missed building and missed seeing projects progression from a vacant lot to a full blown dream home. That's when he decided to leave HVAC and become a carpenter. He gains joy from personal interactions and from seeing the excitement of a homeowner after each individual projects completion.
